  • Fitness is always important but in this course you will need to trek to around 3400 meters altitude to practice skills on the glacier.

    Upper body strength and fitness is also important

    No technical experience at all is required, you will learn everything from the beginning level and advance at your own pace.

  • Fly Dubai, early morning flights leaving at 11 pm and arriving early morning 4 am.

    Day 1: Leave for course at 11 am

    Day 2: Course close to the hut

    Day 3: Course on the glacier

    Day 4: Glacier skills, tent and campus;ing skills

    Day 5: Return to Dubai 6 am

  • Technical expert guides

    • Technical gear, but not boots.

  • Basic trekking gear and cold weather gear. A kit list is included here and in the PDF.

    Technical gear will be included, but you need to have your own double boots or technical boots in order to use crampons correctly and keep you warm.

    No sleeping bags are required, everything is provided for you.

  • 4600 Dh Deposit 500 Dh to hold your place, balance payable 15 days before the trip date.

  • This trek will go ahead with a minimum of 3 people booked. If the trip is not filled up 2 days before the hike, you will be refunded in full.

Note: Fly Dubai, early morning flights leaving at 11 pm and arriving early morning 4 am.
