Hayl Castle Beginner Trek with Bus

This is a beginner trek One Way Trek with the bus included from Dubai. This is a great hike for kids and adults alike. This hike will be longer, walking from the Dam, a whole 3.5 KM to the Wadi, through the streams to search for frogs and back to finish at the Castle.

Just 1.5 hours from Dubai, you will walk through the wadi, cross a stream full of reeds and pass the petroglyphs along the way. The finish is the time to explore the castle and enjoy some mini eaesh, juice and chocolate before hopping back on the bus back to Dubai.

  • • No steep incllines
    • No marked trail a little rocky
    • Not easy to walk on but doable requires full mobility and balance.
    5KM over 2.5 hours at a slower pace with lots of time to learn about the flora, fauna and history of the area.

  • The trek will be 2.5 hours and after the hike we will explore the castle and have freshly baked indian breads and accoutrements inside the castle.

    Backpack, water, snacks are all included as part of your trek fees. Ths hike also includes transportation by bus from Dubai, as we will be dropped off at the Dam and finish at. the castle. The bus will pick us up at the castle and take everyone back to Dubai.

  • This trek will go ahead with a minimum of 3 people booked. If the trip is not filled up 2 days before the hike, you will be refunded in full.

  • The trail will wind you through the wadi, the farms and the castle and finish back at the castle for a tour and snacks of freshly baked bread and local style treats.

    The view of the mountains deeply tucked into the wilderness makes this hike exceptional. Lush green mountain and scenery on the top makes it the perfect early hiking experience.

Hike Cost: 425 Dh + vat for adults; 250 Dh + vat for kids

The magnificent and breathtaking views, as well as the history unique of the area. The summit gives you a 360 view of Khorfakkan town, Port and Gulf of Oman with Hajjar Mountains against the backdrop. Perfect and safe for active kids who like to try hiking.
