Kids absolutely love this hike, its more of a scramble through the wadi, climbing the rocks along the side, hopping over small pools and searching for frogs and tadpoles! This is a great time to teach your kids the joy and wonders of the outdoors.
Adults will also enjoy it as we walk through a shaded and rocky wadi filled with aqua blue pools of water surrounded by tall colored rocks. The trek will be 2.5-3 hours, on an out and back route. We will go out for 1.5 hours and turn around to ensure kids are not too tired to enjoy.

The trails are not well defined.
Walking through a rocky wadi, slippery rocks, climbing and scrambling and some scree.
Rocks are tricky to walk on and require slow and careful steps.
The aqua pools of water will sometimes make the rocks slippery as well.
Throughout the hike there are lots of boulders to scramble.
On the Intermediate loop, there will be a big hill to climb before reaching the flat plateau and finally going down behind the dam. -

All participants will be given a backpack which includes the water you will need along with a snack including a hearty manaeash, chocolate, dates and electrolytes.
You will also have the security of having a guide by your side to guide you up the rocks and make sure you don’t take one of the many different routes out of the wadi! -
